During an assessment, you’ll sit down with a trained mental health professional. Together, you’ll complete an evaluation to determine what type of behavioral health services will help you the most. Please plan for 1 – 1 ½ hours to complete this process.
You and our team member will go through your past medical and mental health history. You’ll also discuss any previous drug or alcohol abuse. Family or friends are welcome to come along for support, if you choose.
After your evaluation, we’ll explain if one of our programs sounds like a good fit for you.
If mental health issues are causing problems for you at home, school or work, an evaluation can help you get on the path to feeling better.
All it takes is a phone call. Anyone can contact us about a free, confidential assessment: the patient, a family member, a concerned friend, or a care provider. We’re here 24/7 to answer the call.
Here is a helpful list of items to bring when you come for your assessment, and some things to leave at home. (Download list)
