What Is A Mental Health Assessment?

During an assessment, you’ll sit down with a trained mental health professional. Together, you’ll complete an evaluation to determine what type of behavioral health services will help you the most. Please plan for 1 – 1 ½ hours to complete this process.

You and our team member will go through your past medical and mental health history. You’ll also discuss any previous drug or alcohol abuse. Family or friends are welcome to come along for support, if you choose.

After your evaluation, we’ll explain if one of our programs sounds like a good fit for you.
