The outpatient programs at Willow Creek Behavioral Health allow adult patients to receive care 5 days a week, Monday through Friday, while they continue to live at home. Participation can be allowed through family medical leave of absence (FMLA) with employers. The length of participation in the treatment programs are matched to each person’s progress.

Willow Creek offers two adult outpatient mental health treatment programs in Green Bay: a Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP) and an Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP).

Outpatient Service Highlights

Continued physician oversight and medication management
Client continues to live at home, while attending the outpatient programs during the day
Further stabilization and transition back into productive activities at home, work and in the community
Nutritionally balanced lunch served daily (full day program only)

Partial Hospitalization Program (Day Treatment)

When inpatient treatment isn’t necessary, our Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP) offers quick access to care. It’s a structured 3-week program with a supportive team. Patients attend approximately 6 hours a day, Monday-Friday, 8:30 a.m. – 2:45 p.m. They’re supported by a team of nurses, therapists and mental health technicians, led by a psychiatrist for care and medication management.

Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP)

The Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) provides support and structure to address mental health symptoms. Patients develop healthy coping skills and support systems to improve personal awareness and prevent relapses. They graduate from the 4-week group program with a continued care plan and individual outpatient appointments. Patients attend approximately 3 hours a day, Monday-Friday, 8:30 a.m. – 11:45 p.m.
